Specialisation Description |
Due to the linguistic competences of the current generation of applicants as well as the needs of the current labour market, English language courses (from B1 level) are also included in this programme, both in general and professional language (business and legal English). Students will also be able to choose a third foreign language (from beginner level). |
Graduate profile |
The target level of English is B2. In addition to general English courses, graduates will also be educated in business English. The third foreign language that a student must choose (French, German, Russian, Italian) is taught from the beginner level, with the target level being A2 SERR. Graduates will also gain basic theoretical training in law and economics. Both disciplines are complemented by specialized Spanish seminars in which graduates acquire the relevant terminology and other specifics of legal and economic language. Graduates can be employed as assistants, independent administrators or in lower and middle management positions in the private sector and government administration. Thanks to the interdisciplinary link between philological and legal knowledge, they can hold positions in institutions that liaise with the institutions of the European Union, or mediate cross-border cooperation with partner Euroregions. They will also be able to continue in consecutive Master's studies aimed at synchronous study of the specialized language. |
